Project
Our work focuses on the implementation of mass spectrometry-based, physiologically relevant label-free in vitro assays in drug discovery. Mass spectrometry (MS) is an emerging technology for identifying and characterizing molecules that modulate protein function offering a label-free, direct detection method. We utilize recent advances in liquid handling technology for developing high-throughput capable MS-based readout strategies for small molecule screening and profiling campaigns.
