Project
PROTACs are bifunctional small molecules that can selectively degrade target proteins. PROTAC links a protein of interest (POI) with E3 ubiquitin ligase what leads to protein ubiquitination and degradation by proteasome. This approach has a huge potential to cure different diseases, for example, targeting tumor-addicted oncoproteins is a promising strategy in cancer therapies.
Goal of the project: Identification and structural characterization of novel E3 Ligase PROTAC systems
