Project
Natural killer (NK) cells can recognize and kill virally transformed and malignant cells in the absence of antigen specificity. The aim of the project is to identify and study new regulators of NK cell activation and proliferation and furthermore probe their potential in modulating NK cell anti-tumor effects. This project is run as a close collaboration between BI in Vienna and the laboratories of Johannes Zuber and Meinrad Busslinger at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP).
