Project
Our work focuses on the identification and quantification of small-molecule and protein biomarkers relevant for novel drug targets and therapies. We employ targeted and untargeted LCMS-based metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics approaches to analyze various biological matrices corresponding to different disease and/or treatment states. Identified biomarkers are crucial build PK/PD relationships and to understand PD results.
