Building a semantic graph based disease map for discovering and analyzing relations between disease, drugs, proteins, chemical compounds etc. using intelligent algorithms for path finding, path ranking and clustering. This semantic graph will be modeled and visualized from the domain expert‘s world and perspective which would not require technical experience for discovery and analyses.
