An open, friendly environment
We understand the importance of connecting and sharing on both the personal and professional level, which is why we run social clubs and events in and outside of office hours.
"We want to foster a culture where our employees feel welcome and at home right from the beginning – no matter from where they come. The International Club is a first address where they can meet, make new friends and change experiences.”
Christian Boehringer, Chairman of the Shareholders' Committee
In 1996, Boehringer Ingelheim started a Europe-wide initiative called the Boehringer Ingelheim European Forum. The purpose of the European Forum is to provide information and consultation for all employees working for Boehringer Ingelheim subsidiaries in Europe. This is achieved by a constructive dialogue between BI’s employer and employee representatives. Current member countries are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
