I see myself as an account manager within HR who adds value to the business success by guiding, advising and coaching supervisors and employees to create long-term business success and sustainability. My career within Boehringer Ingelheim started on the 1st of December 2014 as a regional HR Business Partner for Enabling Functions and Operations.

This work day does not have a clear beginning or a definite end.
It is a combination of dealing with e-mails, having meetings related to recruitment, for example, or different employee subjects, making proposals for management teams and facilitating discussions. The HR Business Partner role is a leadership type of role, therefore your job is to manage the ever-changing environment and help the company to adapt to it.
