Dear Mrs. Jacqueline Berlin, My name is Maximo Pettarin, I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have obtained my diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Buenos Aires University Faculty of Pharmacy & Biochemistry. I am writing you because I want to continue my career in the industrial pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in vaccine development, and I am very much interested in the possibility of joining Boehringer-Ingelheim’s Research center for Animal Vaccines in Hannover for a full-time internship position. I am highly motivated and willing to work as much as possible so that I can become independent, and would greatly appreciate it if you can consider my request. What is more, there would be no need to pay me, as my interest is purely in learning as much as possible about vaccine development. Mi idea is to prepare myself to apply for a PhD in this subject in the future. If you are interested you can provide me of an e-mail address where I can send a copy of my resume, my University transcript, English language certificates and my pharmacist’s degree. Thank you very much for taking your time to read this message and I am looking forward to your answer. Sincerely, Maximo Pettarin
