Chriss Oesterberg works in Sweden as HR Generalist, GM Assistant & Internal Communications. As she started to work for Boehringer Ingelheim, Chriss wasn't familiar with the pharmaceutical industry but she gained more knowledge and understanding and realized that she had family members with illnesses which could be treated with products from Boehringer Ingelheim. Chriss loves traveling, meeting new people and learning about other cultures. This is very useful as it is easier to understand how people work in a region with eight countries, finding synergies and ways of working together. Watch her story in our new video!
