Wolfram Berndt
In August 2012, Wolfram Berndt became Head of Talent Management Germany at Boehringer Ingelheim. He is responsible for approx. 12,000 employees at the four Boehringer Ingelheim sites in Germany – Ingelheim, Biberach, Dortmund and Hanover. Mr. Berndt holds a diploma in psychology, obtains a degree in work and organizational psychology and has been working in Human Resources since 30 years.
