Denise Hottmann is our Diversity & Inclusion Manager in Germany. This means that it is her job to see how we can consciously manage both the differences and similarities of our employees at Boehringer Ingelheim and use these for the success of the company and its employees. For the business economist and systemic organizational consultant, this is not just a job, but something which really is close to her heart. Also in this blog, she will discuss issues such as company culture, demographic development, sexual orientation and identity or origin with her readers.
Studied German Philology, History and Communication Science, she actually thought, that, one day, she will become a journalist. But Jacqueline found her dream job as a Talent Acquisition Sppecialist at Boehringer Ingelheim. Since then, she is responsible for Employer Branding, external HR Communications, HR Social Media, and - last but not least - for the career blog. In this blog, she will write about her experiences, her encounters with inspiring colleagues and about the day-to-day work at Boehringer Ingelheim.
The business economist Jana von Puttkamer, who studied literature, is responsible for university marketing as part of her job as Talent Acquisiton Expert. Her job involves making young talents, i.e. students, graduates and young professionals, aware of Boehringer Ingelheim as a researching pharmaceutical company. To this blog, she brings her experiences from countless job interviews with applicants and gives tips on applications.
Sarah Pfeffer studied cultural anthropology, American studies and political science at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz. Raised in Ingelheim she now returns to her hometown as a trainee in the team Talent, Leadership & Org. Effectiveness at Boehringer Ingelheim. Her focus is on employer branding and HR Communications, furthermore, she supports university marketing and social media. Beyond that, her job offers her fascinating insights into diverse areas and tasks in the field of Human Resources, especially on a global level and brings her together with people from different regions and cultures.
When Carolin Fischer is not discovering the Rhine-Main region in her free time, she attends to her duties in the Talent Acquisition team with great commitment. There, she takes care of Employer Branding and HR Communications and is therefore responsible for Boehringer Ingelheim's HR social media channels. In August 2012, Wolfram Berndt became Head of Talent Management Germany at Boehringer Ingelheim. He is responsible for approx. 12,000 employees at the four Boehringer Ingelheim sites in Germany – Ingelheim, Biberach, Dortmund and Hanover. Mr. Berndt holds a diploma in psychology, obtains a degree in work and organizational psychology and has been working in Human Resources since 30 years.
